Dr. Ed Adams is a psychologist specializing in individual and marriage therapy and has a particular expertise working with men impacted by life transitions such as divorce, loss, illness, and career changes. He is a resource for treating relationship issues and/or issues related to stress, anxiety, and depression. In addition, Dr. Adams can be seen as a "thought partner" for men and women pursuing greater self-awarness and emotional growth.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, most therapy sessions are virtual. The medical site used is: Doxy.me/DrEdAdams. However, as of June, 2022 in person sessions are possible.

With over 25 years experience as a therapist, and a graduate of Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, Dr. Adams is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of patients. He is easy to talk to and maintains high standards of professional ethics within the therapeutic relationship. 

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Dr. Adams has presented at national and international conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of psychotherapy with men, wisdom thinking, compassion, and intimacy. He is Founder of Men Mentoring Men (M3) , a not-for-profit organization providing peer coaching for men (www.MThree.org). Currently, there are over 100 active members participating in M3 in two geographic locations.  Dr. Adams is an interactive, relationship-focused therapist. His therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help patients effectively address personal life challenges.  He integrates a Multimodal Therapy approach tailored to each person or set of needs. With compassion and understanding, he works with each individual to help them build upon their strengths to increase the quality of life.
